The Opportunity

The Brokerplan programme has been designed to allow you to become a member of our network and to face the market as a finance broker and generate uncapped income.

Supported by the case management team you will have the confidence to develop your practice in the knowledge that all your compliance and regulatory responsibilities are taken care of.

As a fully-trained and supported Network Partner you will assist your clients in identifying and sourcing the following core financial products:

• Commercial Mortgages, Buy-to-Let and HMO funding
• Development Funding for builders, developers and property professionals
• Commercial Finance to purchase or refinance trading businesses
• Short-Term Loans and Bridging Finance
• Portfolio Funding and Second Charge Loans
• General Working Capital Loans
• Peer-to-Peer Funding.
• Commercial Funding for acquisition, expansion and general growth.
• Alternative Overdraft and Revolving Credit facilities.
• Asset Finance, Leasing & Hire Purchase for equipment, machinery, commercial and private vehicles
• Cash Flow Support – Factoring, Spot Factoring, Invoice Finance and Invoice Discounting.

Instead we seek enthusiastic and driven individuals, who want to build their own sustainable business. Our Network partners can choose to operate legitimately either as Registered Individuals (RIs), Appointed Representatives (ARs) or as a Directly Authorised business.

As a Principal broker we are able to grant RI or AR status and guide any business through to Direct Authorisation. Depending on the aspirations of the network partner the fee incomes are split anywhere from 25%-100% in favour of the partner.

We provide the support you need to succeed, beginning with a discovery session, where we describe the benefits of working with Brokerplan, the incredible earning potential, and each of the packages in more detail. Should you decide to proceed we register you with the FCA and provide you with the training and support required for you to establish and build your own practice. We will continue to support during your development with ongoing access to regular training and CPD seminars to build your knowledge and confidence to help build a successful business. This also includes a launch package which includes everything from email addresses, business cards, full document suite and website.

Our Story

The White Rose Finance Group was founded in 2004 as a standalone broker, we are one of the longest established UK finance brokers. The business grew on the back of the success of the property sector.

Having established and developed a substantial lender panel and client base the business survived the financial crisis and became a focal point for independent brokers seeking finance for their clients where the High Street banks were unable or unwilling to fund.

Following the crisis, the demand for our services grew and the Brokerplan proposition was formalised when the business was awarded Principal Firm status by the Financial Conduct Authority [FRN: 630772], the highest level of authorisation provided by the FCA. This status allows us to provide the full compliance and regulatory support required by every member of a commercial finance network as the act of broking credit is deemed a regulated activity by the FCA.
