Training & Support

No previous care industry experience is required because Apollo Care offers a competitive training and support package which has been created to support and fast track your social care business from day 1, however, they do limit the number of new franchisees able to join their business each year, as they want to be sure they have the capacity to support you. PLUS, their support won’t end once you’re up and running, they are always at the other end of the phone for you.

The training includes, but is not limited to:

• Initial training plus 12-month management development training
• Coaching and mentoring
• Marketing materials & Assistance
• Care Planner software
• CQC registration and CQC compliance and update service
• HR advice and training
• Policies and procedure manual and all documentation
• Care package solution and access training
• Webpage on their website and the set-up of social media business pages
• Dedicated franchise support manager 

Your Investment:

While the franchise fee is £36,000 + VAT you only need to have £18,000 + VAT in readily available liquid funds as the balance can be funded via high street banks, franchise financing specialists OR you may even qualify for a loan from the Government Backed Business Start-Up Scheme. We are on hand to help you with any of these options. 

There are other fixed and variable costs but your total investment will only be in the region of £50,000 + VAT.
