Hendricks Commercial Cleaning

Introducing the Hendricks Commercial Cleaning Franchise

Hendricks Commercial Cleaning offers a wide range of office and commercial cleaning services.

We are a family run business with well over 12 years’ experience in the cleaning industry.

We are looking for franchisees who can work with us to take us on the next leg of our journey. We provide you with all the training you need and full support throughout the lifetime of the business.

Your role is to build a local team of cleaners to deliver commercial cleaning services. You don’t need to do the cleaning yourself – this is a management franchise.

The Opportunity

As a Hendricks franchisee you will be allocated a large and exclusive franchise territory from which to operate from.

Within this exclusive area you will be able to offer a wide range of cleaning services to commercial customers. Typical premises include offices, schools, GP surgeries, dental practices, car showrooms, pubs, churches and many more.

What We Offer

Our franchise package is very comprehensive. It includes:

• An Operations Manual – detailing everything you need to know.

• Training on how to operate the business.

• You will have your own pages on our corporate website, fully managed by us. And of course, a corporate email address.

• Full package of equipment and materials to get you started.

• We also provide full management software and App, and accounting software.

• Marketing is carried out by us in year 1, and we can continue that in future years if you wish.

The Investment

As one of our pilot franchisees you can get our full franchise package for half price. That’s £9,000 rather than £18,000.

What Can You Earn?

In year 1 we do the marketing for you and we don’t place any limits on that. We expect break-even point to come in the first year.

Beyond year 1 we work with you to put together a marketing plan to continue to build your business in years 2, 3 and beyond.

Next Steps

Hendricks Commercial Cleaning is currently looking for franchisees with drive and ambition to further develop our franchise network.

If you think you would be the perfect fit for us, then fill in your details below, and we will send you more information.
