Caremark further supports franchisees by appointing new Leadership and Management Coach

Caremark, one of the UK’s leading home care providers, is delighted to announce the appointment of Tracey Underwood as Leadership and Management Coach. The new role, which is part of the company’s continual development in franchise owner support, will see Tracey working within Caremark’s operations team to support franchise owners in creating a culture of leadership and management within their businesses.

In her new role, Tracey will be responsible for designing and implementing a new programme to support Caremark franchise owners in key areas for growth. This programme will complement the existing business development support provided by Caremark’s Regional Support Management team and enable franchise owners to achieve their goals by focusing on leadership and management.

Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role, having previously been employed by Caremark for many years as a Regional Support Manager. She left the company in 2019 to further develop her skills for senior talent and development roles, which focused on business and leadership coaching, people management, mentoring, and business improvement strategies to great success, but she is excited to be returning to the Caremark family.

Speaking about her appointment, Tracey said:
